Order Policies

​Promotions and Discounts

  • The prices listed on our website are retail prices. Any applicable discounts will be applied when we issue you the final invoice. 
  • On sale and/or clearance prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any promotion, discounts and merchandise.
  • ALL clearance items are discounted and final sale. No returns or exchanges allowed.

Request for Special Order Items and Products

  • All special orders require a half-deposit upon placement.
  • Please note that ALL special orders placed will vary in terms of estimated delivery time. You may request for expedited shipping for additional charge – but there is no guarantee that the order will arrive on-time as expected. Since courier/freight delays are out of our control. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us for a status update, we will try our best to get the order to you in a timely manner. 
  • Any custom made special orders are non-refundable and cannot be retained as credit of any kind.

Returns/Exchanges

  • All products once purchased and received should be examined immediately and thoroughly. Please report any problems or damages with the product within 48 hours for corrective measures to be enacted.
  • If you are shipped an incorrect product, we will gladly accept the merchandise back in its original form, and offer you a full refund.
  • Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment only and within 30 days of the original purchase date. 
  • All used or non-resalable items are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee or assignment of store credit upon evaluation of product condition.

Payment

At this time, we will NOT be accepting payments online. Once you place an order, one of our sales representatives will contact you within 48 hours to confirm and process your order for shipping out.
