Tenax White Color Knife Grade – Quart size
A high quality polyester mastic adhesive used to vertically and horizontally repair, rebuild, glue, and fill Marble, Granite and Engineered Stone. Colored knife grade will cure shiny and is very polishable. Not suitable for temperatures below 0°C – recommended for indoor applications only.
Technical Specs:
- Ratio of glue to hardener: 100: 2-3%
- Gel time in bulk at 25°C: 4-5 min
- Tacky free time at 25°C: 25-30 min
- Working time at 25°C: 60-80 min
- Temp range for use after hardening: 0°C to 110°C
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Make sure the surface to be treated is dry, clean and free of dust.
- Always mix the glue, coloring paste and hardener outside of the can.
- If coloring, add the coloring paste to the resin before mixing it with the catalyst. Do not exceed the maximum amount of 2-3% in weight for the coloring pastes. An excess of coloring paste may affect the final product so use with caution.
- Mixing ratio of resin to catalyst is 100: 2-3. Stir vigorously and apply. Do not place unused product back in can.
- Make sure the cans are sealed tightly after use.
SHELF LIFE:
Product will last at least 12 months if kept between 18°C – 25°C. Keep away from heat, humidity and sunlight.
