Fully adjustable framework for handling large ceramic/porcelain/natural stone slabs.
SPECIAL ORDER IS REQUIRED
- Specially designed for handling large-format ceramic sheets and tiles up to 142″ inches (11.8′ feet) long and 63″ inches (5.25′ feet) wide.
- Designed mainly for handling ceramic sheets with thicknesses of 1/4″ inch (6 mm) or more.
- It is made up of a set of two reinforced, retractable and adjustable extruded aluminum profiles, and two perpendicular crossbars that favor the robustness and stability of the whole assembly, especially when handling the heaviest pieces.
- 6 adjustable grey rubber vacuum suction cups, ensures that the handling of the porcelain tiles will not be marked with any residue.
- The vacuum suction cup allows the SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY N conveyor to be attached to any type of surface (smooth, or rough).
- For a correct fixation of the system, the surface of the sheet must be clean and dust-free
- Max. load capacity: 375lbs (170 kg) [it cannot be exceeded in any case]
- 3 or 4 operators will be necessary to guarantee safe handling.
- The set has 4 handles (2 per guide) that can be adjusted and positioned along the entire length of the guide, facilitating and adapting the SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY N to each circumstance and format.
- Comes with a practical transport bag, equipped with wheels, to facilitate both the handling of the equipment and its storage and protection.
NOTE: Adding more suction pads to the SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY N does NOT increase the original maximum load of 375lbs (170 kg).
