Vertigo “T” = Thick Consistency
Tenax Vertigo T Knife Grade is the latest generation of vinyl ester glue formulas. Vertigo T Knife Grade is virtually completely clear in film during application. Tenax Vertigo T is extremely strong with excellent adhesion with a very fast cure time of about 20 minutes. Vertigo T cures shiny and is very easily polished. Vertigo T takes color very well. Just a drop goes a very long way for easier color matching. Vertigo T is a dripless formula glue. So it will stay on the edge and not on the floor. Vertigo T in the can looks very very light in color and when spreading it becomes almost invisible. This characteristic makes working with light and white colored materials much easier. With a gel time of 4-5 minutes and a fast cure time of 20 minutes, the Tenax Vertigo T will keep the production pieces moving through the shop.

Technical Specs:
- Mixing Ratio: 100: 1-2% (glue : hardener)
- Gel time in bulk at 25°C: 4-5 minutes
- Tacky free time in thin layer at 25°C: 25-35 minutes
- Working time at 25°C: 25-40 minutes
- Minimum reaction temperature: 5°C
- Temperature range for use after hardening: 0°C – 110°C
Instructions for Use:
- Make sure that the surface to be treated is dry, clean and free of dust.
- If coloring, add the coloring paste to the glue before mixing it with the catalyst. Do not exceed the maximum amount of 1% in weight for the coloring pastes. An excess of coloring paste may affect the final product so use with caution.
- Mix glue and catalyst (100: 1-2% in weight) refer to the technical specs, and stir thoroughly.
- Always mix the glue in a separate can, container or cup.
- Stir vigorously and apply
- Do not put the mixed glue back in the can.
- Make sure the cans are sealed tightly after use.
Shelf Life: Product will last at least 12 months if kept between 20°C – 25°C. Keep away from heat, humidity and sun.
